This modern apartment is just 150 meters from the beautiful, wide sandy Arenal Beach in Jávea (pronounced Chabea). The charming old town is 3 kilometers away. The cities of Alicante and Valencia are 1 hour and 15 minutes and 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from the apartment, respectively.

Arenal Beach is a lively beach that never feels deserted. It offers a vibrant atmosphere with a diverse and young crowd, unlike other coastal towns such as Benidorm. Every year, the beach season begins here with a refreshing New Year's Day dive, in which hundreds of people participate.

From the apartment you can easily walk to the beach, with its cozy boutiques, stores, restaurants and clubs. Water sports enthusiasts can also go here for boat and jet ski rentals. In the immediate vicinity you will find a go-kart track, supermarkets and various other amenities. Opposite the apartment is pool bar Paris 24, where you can play paddle tennis, relax with a drink and use the pool.
