Playa del Ter

This apartment is just 150 meters from the beautiful wide sandy Arenal Beach in Javea (pronounced Chabea). The old town is about 3 kilometers away and Javea is about 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from Alicante airport, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from Valencia. The recently renovated and completely pimped in Ibiza style apartment is accessed by stairs on the third floor. Upon entering you walk straight into the spacious bathroom. In addition, two beautiful bedrooms with good and large double beds and finally you come into the cozy kitchen living room with adjacent balcony. From this balcony you can see both the palm beach and also the Montgo. The air conditioners can both cool and heat and there is WIFI but no TV. From the apartment you walk easily to the beach with its stores, boutiques, restaurants and clubs but also so to the boat and jet ski rental, karting track and Supermarkets. Across the street pool bar Paris 24 where you can paddle but also have a drink after the beach and may use the pool. Unlike, say, Benidorm, the crowd here in Javea is clearly younger and more diverse. Arenal Beach is never extinct. It is alive and vibrant and starts every year with a fresh dip in the sea in which hundreds of people participate.
