Finca del Ter

Finca del Ter is about a 50-minute drive from Alicante airport. The route to the farm can be challenging, especially the last 12 minutes up the mountain on a dirt road. Despite its remote location, you can be in the seaside resorts of Calpe and Altea within 15 minutes. The farm is completely off-grid with solar panels, a battery system, gas cylinders for cooking and water delivered by truck.

Facilities and surroundings

Behind the house is an enclosed patio with a dining table and outdoor lighting. The large pool has an outdoor shower and BBQ area. A Jacuzzi is planned for the fall of 2024. The farmhouse's thick walls keep the heat out and fans provide additional comfort. The farmhouse is ideal for families, groups of friends, cooking clubs, hikers, and bikers. You can hike up the Serra d'Olta in about 1.5 hours, where you can see tame wild goats and, in the distance, Ibiza.
